The rooms were very unclean, the service was poor, and the manager was rude. We’d booked another hotel but ended up here because our cab driver brought us. Please don’t come here, even if a cab or auto driver recommends it. I’m giving one star only because I couldn’t give zero.

They demand cash at check-in, and the staff are extremely rude. They don’t tell you the checkout time, which is 24 hours rather than a fixed time. Then, even if you’re an hour late, they’ll take at least half the room charge by forcing you and snatching your luggage. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Please don’t stay here, especially if an auto driver brings you. It’s a complete SCAM.

The manager’s behaviour is unbelievably rude, and he doesn’t even know how to talk to guests. They charge before check-in, which no one nearby does. I strongly suggest not coming here. I request the owner to counsel the manager and staff if they want to keep the hotel running for a long time. The staff are helpful.

The manager was very rude, and the service was poor. An auto driver led me here, and they didn’t give me enough information at check-in. Then they charged me extra at checkout. The manager’s behaviour isn’t acceptable. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Cabs won't come to this location, and the auto drivers may steer you here for commission. I had a terrible experience. Watch them check the room with you at checkout, or they may charge you for things like broken glass that you didn't break. This place felt like a cheaters' factory, not a hotel.
