The rooms felt suffocating, with rust, an AC that worked only intermittently, a pathetic bathroom, and no hot water at all. The place was very unhygienic, the staff unprofessional, and the rooms lacked basic facilities, including a TV and working AC. There was no aesthetic appeal either. Agoda refused to cancel the online booking. A horrific experience. NEVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

For a reasonable price, it’s a good place to stay, with clean rooms and easygoing service. I didn’t try the food, and parking space was rather limited.

We stayed three nights, and while the staff were helpful and service was okay, the rooms badly need renovation. It’s in a busy area, though getting there is easy, and there’s plenty of parking inside the hotel. The in-house restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Budget travellers could consider it, but if you want luxury and convenience, look elsewhere. I’d keep it as a last option.

The location is the only good part, and the exterior looks nice. Inside, the rooms weren’t clean and the washroom flushes didn’t work. I called several times to ask for room cleaning, but nobody came. They also refilled bottles, including used ones, from a large container instead of serving proper mineral water. Avoid this place at all cost.
