Hotel Rajshree By OYO Rooms

I booked with breakfast included for a business trip, but was still waiting at 11:30 with no service or management around. If I needed something, I had to call many times. My room was on the second floor, and even for a water bottle I had to go get it myself.

I was the extra person in the room and expected a slightly better bed and clean sheets. The sheets were stained, and the pillow they gave me wasn’t hygienic. The toilets need work too, they were dim and needed freshening up in every department inside.

The manager was very friendly, and we’d arranged directly with the hotel as a group. We told him we’d check in at 11 PM, but our bus broke down for about two hours and we couldn’t reach him by phone to explain. We were worried we’d lose our rooms when we arrived around three in the morning. The only contact we had was the manager’s, while Google communication went through Oyo. We explained the situation to Oyo and asked for the hotel’s number, but they wouldn’t share it because we hadn’t booked through them. It was a terrible experience with Oyo, even though the hotel itself was very good.

The room TV didn’t work, and they said the channel had stopped, though I felt they simply didn’t want customers using it. The switches were broken, and the fan couldn’t be operated because its regulator was broken. They booked through Oyo but didn’t show Oyo, so customers don’t get the actual receipt. Listed facilities weren’t all provided, and they didn’t seem to care. The actual price is 650, but they charge whatever they like.
