The owner, the man with spectacles, was so rude and disrespectful that his behavior alone made the stay miserable. The hotel itself is in terrible shape, and the service showed almost no basic hospitality. I found nothing positive, from management through the overall experience. It was a waste of my time and money. I won't return, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

The location is the best thing about this hotel, and the stay was good value for the money. Mr. Madan Ghosh, the manager, was polite and very cooperative.

The cleanliness needs more attention. The room, location, staff behavior, and cooperation were all more or less okay for the tariff.

The caretaker was really friendly and helpful, and the location was okay. The room and bathroom were very spacious, though they need to be cleaner.

The bathroom was in poor shape, and the beds felt old, with mattresses as hard as cardboard. The sheets were dirty and poor quality too. Don't book this place online expecting better.
