Hotel Sahil

I won’t recommend this place to anyone. The bathroom was unhygienic, leaking everywhere, and had no water. We paid 5000 per day for a room that was the worst I’ve ever seen. One night we ordered dinner from the hotel, but the food was disgusting and the plates and tray were filthy. Who could eat in that dirt? A waste of money and time, and it spoiled my mood.

The service was good, but painfully slow, and reception only listened after I asked at least twice. I saw rooms 201 and 301, both were awful, especially 201, though apparently this was a deluxe 3 bedroom. The place was clean, but there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The AC was in terrible shape, the door frame was decayed, and neither WiFi nor TV worked. Felt like a ripoff. Wouldn’t recommend it.

We were only there for one night, thankfully, and barely slept. It was the noisiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and it never got quiet through the night. The room itself was fine, and the noise wasn’t from the street. Staff and other guests were talking loudly, kids and adults were shouting, and someone had a TV or phone turned way up. Earplugs didn’t help enough. We’d originally booked Hotel Ajmer, but they had no room when we arrived, so they sent us here instead.

Agoda said free parking was available, but the hotel refused and charged extra for rented parking outside. They also took 100 rupees per guest for C Form.
