The Kadavil boat was stunning, and we had an amazing time staying aboard. The cabin was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the food was great. I’m vegetarian, and they catered well for me. The crew were wonderful, especially Sam and the captain. Nobody was any trouble at all. Maybe they could offer a little more variety in the drinks.

The staff were so friendly, the food was delicious, and the rooms were neat. It felt like a 5 star hotel. By far, this was my best experience in India. Absolutely incredible.

A tranquil, beautiful stay for our family of 8 adults and two children. The staff were wonderful and accommodating the whole time. I’d highly recommend the Royal Palace to anyone looking for an amazing experience.

The cabin was clean, the views were lovely, and the crew were friendly and helpful. Still, three things bothered us. The meaning of “all-inclusive” wasn’t clear, and for the premium price we expected a bit more. The price on booking.com was also quite high compared with what some other passengers had paid. Maybe that was dynamic pricing, so perhaps it wasn’t Cosy Houseboat’s fault. We were also told a small boat trip would be free after I asked three different ways, but then found out it wasn’t. At a lower price I’d easily give 4 stars, and without that boat trip mix-up, 5.

The deck had such a peaceful view, perfect for relaxing. Our boat house stay was lovely, with clean rooms and calm surroundings. Staff were very friendly, and the food was tasty and nicely served. Definitely worth a visit.
