Cockroaches and bed bugs were all over the room, and nobody responded to our complaints. Food orders were late too: I ordered at 7 o'clock and it arrived at 9. The manager treated guests terribly, even though the owner was respectful. Don't stay here, it'll ruin your peace of mind.

The food was good, and the staff were friendly. They even helped make sure vehicles were parked properly at night. For the price, the stay was quite reasonable. There are a few things they could improve, and they could charge a couple hundred more if they wanted to. I have no complaints.

The rooftop restaurant sits on an open terrace, and there's a conference room too. I liked being surrounded by farms and greenery, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The rooms were hygienic and felt safe.

I complained to the owner, who called the staff over and started beating them, making a huge scene. The reception man was rude and arrogant, service was awful, and there wasn't even a menu card. The food wasn't good, and it took 1.5hrs to prepare an order. Completely unprofessional people running this hotel.

They charge around 1200 to 1500, and I booked at 1200. It's in liwan at Rai industrial area sonipat. The hotel is decent, with a good room and basic amenities, but the network is unreliable and WiFi doesn't reach the room. They only serve some of the dishes listed on the menu.
