The food quality really needs work. The paneer handi smelled and tasted bad and seemed cheap, while the butter naan had no butter and was so tough to chew. Everything arrived cold. Hope you improve it.

The rooms were very dirty, and the bathroom was unhygienic, like Guwahati bhorolu Nodi ( drain ). Staff were thieves, and every second they wanted money from customers. The manager and others behaved in a third-class way, drinking and shouting loudly at 3 P. M. What would happen at night if I stayed? I wouldn't recommend anyone stay or even visit. A railway station would be better.

The property is about 4 km from Alipurduar Jn and 2 km from New Alipurduar. The rooms and bedsheets were filthy, with contraceptive pills lying around. I wondered what kind of hotel this was. I had no choice but to spend the night there. If you’re looking for somewhere safer, this isn’t it, and it’s not worth your hard-earned money.

The room had no light, no blanket or cover, and they didn’t give me any soap. When I asked about the light, they took a bulb from another room and fitted it into my socket. The place was unhygienic. If you’re staying alone or as a couple, keep your eyes open and stay alert.
