I'm extremely satisfied with the service. The staff are professional and handle their work carefully, and they pay attention to even small customer needs. I booked for one day but could barely stay 15 minutes. The atmosphere was really bad, and the rooms were smelly and like gatar. Please don't visit. This is a very, very bad hotel.

Reply to the response: You said you saved 500 rs, but I paid 1200 for 7 hours. Is that the quality you offer for 1200 rs? Don't defend your dustbin hotel with illogical arguments. I'm attaching the payment screenshot. Here's my honest review, written just two hours after our stay ended. They haven't uploaded real photos of the rooms, so I'm attaching my own. The rooms were in pathetic condition, with stained pillows and a dirty bathroom. The window locks were broken, and the washroom door had no lock. We couldn't sleep peacefully because someone could easily climb in. The staff also gave terrible service and treated us as if we were staying on a government subsidy. You'll regret saving your 4-5 hundred rs by staying here.

I had a bad experience with agoda, and when I explained I had no issue with the hotel, Derick, the owner, started shouting at me over the phone. He seems like a very dangerous guy, and he was shouting at customers.

I booked online, but as soon as I got there I left. The hotel was the worst, and so was the location.
