The food was delicious, and the staff were polite, well behaved, and helpful. Our rooms were spacious and clean, with lovely views of the lake and mountains from both the rooms and corridor. The location is fantastic. I stayed three nights in the first week of Jan-2023 with my 14 family members, and we had a wonderful time together. I’d recommend the hotel to my extended family and friends.

The location is good, but everything else was a disaster. The owner makes false promises, management is very poor, and room service is pathetic. Please don’t book.

The approach road is in very bad shape, and the room service was very poor. There was no water in DAM. The TV was only a small 32MM set with a TATA SKY connection, and it wasn’t charged either.
