The gym had modern equipment and a lovely sunset view, a nice way to wrap up the day. Our room was kept spotless by Vimal Kumar, who made sure everything felt comfortable. Priyanka ji was thoughtful and attentive to our food needs, and the chefs did a great job with both local and international dishes. We were impressed by the quality and choice. Kamlesh ji made the booking process easy. From arrival onward, the whole team was welcoming and accommodating, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The staff and amenities made this a really memorable visit.

The staff made the visit pleasant. Anil, Renu, Puneet, and Rohit were polite, helpful, and well trained. They dealt with requests quickly and were professional throughout.

We were passing through from Manali and only stayed a short time. The hotel was very clean, probably the best. The chef took our requests into account. Mis Priyanka, Mr.Yash, and Mr.Rohit at the restaurant were helpful, as were Sangham and Naresh from room service.

I keep choosing ramada when work brings me to ambala, and I've stayed here twice before this visit. The rooms are tidy, and with my hygiene concerns I didn't find anything wrong. The food was amazing, and the service was good. It feels comfortable and homely, thanks to the management and friendly receptionists and staff. Mr. Sukhwinder Sharma ( The Front Desk Manager) was especially supportive whenever I ran into an issue during my stay. He's a gentleman, and I really appreciated how quickly and calmly he made decisions to help guests.
