The stay was comfortable, and the hotel is centrally located. The rooms are quite good, but the washrooms need maintenance and don't measure up to them. The food quality wasn't good either. I'd suggest addressing those two issues to keep up the hotel's standards.

I booked two nights, but the TVs in the rooms weren't working. Staff kept saying they'd fix them by the next day, but they didn't. In the morning, the geysers weren't working either, so we couldn't shower. The worst place to stay in Amritsar. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I really liked the atmosphere and thought the staff were pretty good. The room lighting and interiors could use an upgrade, though.

Stayed one night. The room and washroom were clean, and the staff were friendly, especially Manu bahi. I liked the property and the service was good 💯

Manu ji, the manager, was a good person. He even used his own money to help customers in any situation. The reception staff were accommodating, room service was quick, and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. They're very good. A 10/10 experience!
