The restaurant service was slow and the food was average, while room service also took a long time and needed two or three reminders before anyone acted. The parking was a bit far away, so it meant a short walk if the valet wasn’t available. On the plus side, the travel desk charged reasonable rates in line with local prices, making it easy to book a vehicle through the resort. We stayed four nights in a ground-floor 2 BHK apartment facing the pool, with a sit-out. It was comfortable and luxurious, with spacious rooms, hall, and kitchen. Amenities included a large refrigerator, four-burner induction stove, utensils, microwave, and cleaning supplies for dishes. There was a sofa bed, so six adults could sleep there. Each room had its own TV, storage cupboard, and drawers for things like wallets and watches. Cleaning service was good, and a small amount of beer and snacks was available at a reasonable price. Overall, we had a good experience.

Even with the discounts, we found the spa treatments a bit expensive. We usually don’t eat at the property, but we tried the pizzas this time and they were fantastic. The Atwood bar also makes some of the best cocktails. We’ve stayed at Karma Haathi Mahal many times, and it’s always been very comfortable. The staff are pleasant, courteous, and helpful.

The pool had a great vibe, and the location made it easy to get around. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, with service that was truly top-notch. My stay here was fantastic, and I’d happily recommend it.

We enjoyed the New Year’s Eve celebration and dinner. It was exceptionally well organised, with delicious food and a wide choice of dishes. The program was thoughtfully planned so children, young people, and older guests could all enjoy it. Mr. Ghan Shyam, the General Manager, was especially helpful and made sure everyone was comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. We stayed at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal, Goa from 27.12.2025 to 03.01.2026. We visit every year, and the resort continues to exceed our expectations. The amenities are top class and the property is very well maintained. Staff are extremely polite, courteous, and cooperative, always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness was especially impressive: the entire compound was spotless, with not a single piece of paper or garbage anywhere. It’s a very well organised resort, truly deserving of five stars. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning.

The property is full of lovely plants, which I really enjoyed. Meals were tasty and there was a good choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes each time. The regular beds were very comfortable, though the sofa bed wasn’t.
