Please don't stay here. There was only one person working at the hotel, and he was extremely rude. This was my worst experience. I'd rather sleep on the street.

No cleaning at all, and the geyser had an earthing problem. The place felt haunted and the service was awful. I'd give it zero if I could, but the lowest rating is one. It's very cheap, but please don't visit.

The receptionist told me, “Don’t worry it’s normal,” after I reported that the geyser had no earthing. Don't spend your money on a stay here.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, with bedsheets and blankets in poor condition. The shower didn't work, and neither did the air conditioning. The photos online were misleading because the room we got looked completely different. The location was dirty and noisy, so it wasn't a peaceful place to stay. The manager's behavior was insulting and the service disgraceful. He demanded an extra ₹1000 just to let us see the room, then threatened us when we refused. I felt unsafe there, especially with young children and women in our group. It was the worst experience I've ever had, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel. What happened has tarnished my perception of Amritsar and its Sikh community, and I feel the hotel's actions do an injustice to both the community and the city's reputation.

The AC and fan couldn't be controlled, which made the stay uncomfortable. The washrooms smelled unpleasant and weren't well maintained, and the blankets were dirty and smelly too.
