Breakfast was free, but I had several problems with the room and service. It was very dirty, and the mattress was in bad shape. The landline didn't work, so getting room service meant calling or going to reception. Service was very slow, and they charged extra for food ordered from Zomato without providing a bill. Better to take care of your meals yourself.

There was no parking at the property, and the bathroom situation was awful: no water, filthy sheets, and a bathroom we couldn't use. The air conditioners had no remotes, and staff didn't bother bringing one despite repeated reminders. The receptionist was rude and stubborn, and the customer service was extremely bad. It's a C Grade hotel. I believe the good ratings on booking.com are because they cancel bookings on their end, so people can't leave honest reviews.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the room wasn't clean. The sheets were dirty and the geyser didn't work. They also charged 160 Rs. for juice with an MRP of 100, saying that was the hotel price. I won't return, and would tell people to think twice before going in. Hotel Veenus, very close by, had experienced and mature staff and was better in every way.

The manager first told me to book online, then refused to check me in after I did and asked me to call OYO to say they had offered a lower rate. OYO looked into it, and only then did the manager let me check in. The room was dirty, shabby, and smelly. The washroom was especially unhygienic and dirty, and it was clogged. Avoid booking here. There are many good hotels nearby.

The receptionist was incredibly rude, and the staff don't know how to speak to customers. There was no cleaning or sanitization, and staff wore no masks. Nobody should book this unique hotel. The way they behave really is unique, and not in a good way.
