The owner never sent proper receipts for the payments, even after I asked by email and SMS. Apart from that, it was a homely place in a good neighbourhood, clean and well maintained. The hosts were helpful, the home-cooked meals were delicious, and the street was quiet while still being only minutes from the city streets.

Everything else was good and the place was neatly maintained. The parking lot is large, but some materials have been put there, making it hard to park. The road outside is narrow too, so parking is difficult unless you use the lot. They also use the place for movie shoots.

There were so many mosquitoes that I couldn't sleep properly. The stay was average. Only the room service guy was there to receive us, and he spoke only Hindi. Whenever we asked him something, he kept saying “pathanahi,” meaning he didn't know, so we stopped asking him for help.

I wouldn't recommend staying here to friends or colleagues because communication and responsibility seemed lacking. I followed up with the host or owner for at least a week, but never got confirmation about the food details. I also wanted to see the property, since we'd reserved it for a three-day family function and needed to make the payment on time. Even after repeated follow-ups, there was no response.
