We'd booked a week ahead and confirmed the stay beforehand, but the staff made us wait when we arrived. Then they bluntly explained they'd fallen out with OYO and offered us a room for three times the original price. The whole situation felt shady, so we had to leave at 1AM. I was traveling with my father to visit my new university for admission, and the staff were extremely judgemental about who I was with. They were horrible, rude, and entitled. I would never recommend this place. Save your time, energy, and money by avoiding it.

I booked through Oyo, but at first they said there was no booking. Then they said I'd have to pay an extra 1000 if I wanted a room. An elevator was mentioned, but there wasn't one.

The bathroom was clean, and getting to the places to visit in Amritsar wasn't much of a trip. I had a good experience staying there.

The hotel was in very bad shape and the staff were poor. Despite having a confirmed, prepaid booking, I was denied check-in. I was highly disappointed.

It was just okay. The staff weren't very professional, there was no card machine, and the cleanliness wasn't up to the mark.
