Hotel Arizona Inn

We spent a week at Hotel Arizona Inn, Anand for my brother's wedding, and the staff made us feel at home. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful. The hotel and room facilities were impressive and well maintained, and the cleanliness was kept up throughout. Housekeeping even helped us outside their usual service hours, and the team was always ready to answer questions and sort out what we needed. It worked perfectly for a wedding celebration for NRI. Big thanks to management and staff. I'd recommend staying here and come back without looking elsewhere in Anand.

We booked the banquet for an event on May 10, yesterday, and it turned into a bitter experience. The booking time ran until 2.30, but they switched off the AC at 2.15. When the power went out, there wasn't even space for a generator. The staff passed responsibility from one person to another, and seemed more concerned with money than how the event felt. Hotel management, please take this review seriously. Anyone booking after this should get everything settled clearly beforehand. They are money minded and were very rude.

There was a large shopping complex right beside the hotel, and parking was sufficient. The location was very good, and the room was especially nice for a couple. I called at the last minute and luckily found one room for two adults and two children, for one night during Mahakumb Sports. The rate was Rs. 5565, including breakfast.

The morning breakfast buffet could use more variety. The rooms, though, were properly cleaned and maintained, and Mr. GaniBhai and housekeeping gave timely support. A good hotel for a stay in Anand Gujrat.
