The clean, tidy rooms made this place feel like a second home. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, and the reception team was especially cooperative and friendly, including Jayprakashbhai. I had a lovely stay and would honestly highly recommend the hotel.

At Hotel SR Regency, we had a great stay. Princy at reception handled our booking perfectly and was especially cooperative. The rooms were tidy and service quite fast. Definitely one of the best places to stay in the city. Thanks.

I come to Hotel SR Regency in Anand, Gujarat at least 4 times a month, sometimes more, so this was especially disappointing. The facilities and service are decent apart from one major problem: the receptionist's extremely rude, unprofessional way of speaking to customers. She acts as if guests are staying for free and the hotel belongs to her. That attitude is unacceptable, especially toward a loyal customer like me, and I hope management takes this seriously. I also booked a stay with complimentary breakfast. Unlike hotels with a buffet, they prepare and serve very limited options, and breakfast is only available from 8 to 10 AM. If it isn't a buffet, the timing and choices should at least be flexible and customer-friendly. Honestly, I'd rather eat outside than pay extra for breakfast here.

I went in planning to book a room for 5 days, but I left without booking because of the very bad, atrocious behavior of the girl at the reception. Hotel management, please take note.
