Hotel Sree7 Inn

The convention hall owners were pleasant and cooperative, but they leased the hotel to a third party. In my experience, that operator takes advantage of customers. Most of the staff behaved terribly and weren't cooperative at all. I wouldn't choose this hotel. Shams residency or Pasupala residency may be better options; their staff are cooperative and the stays are comfortable.

We booked around 12 rooms, and the large rooms still felt unpleasant because they were so dirty. There was blood on the bed and stains all over, along with lots of mosquitoes and no hygiene or basic facilities. Management was stubborn about acknowledging the problems and didn't help with any of them. Horrible service and a bad experience.

We arrived around 9:30 pm with kids and family, after booking two rooms through Agoda the day before. Because we were late, we didn't feel we had another option, so we paid the extra amount they demanded and stayed. They said the online Agoda price was too low and told us to pay more or cancel. Once in the room, we found cockroaches crawling around, and there wasn't proper hot water for bathing. This was a very bad stay.

A friend booked rooms for his marriage, and the whole experience was bad. The rooms and washrooms were dirty, and the front desk area was dusty with spider webs. The room keys had a technical problem, so we couldn't go out because we couldn't lock the room. The next day, even after we contacted the front desk, there was no hot water. The supervisor didn't seem bothered, perhaps because it was a marriage booking. There seemed to be a manager, but he was busy on his phone instead of responding to guests.
