The safety setup worried me most. The emergency stairs were dark on the first and second floors, and there was a short iron gate across the stairs on one floor. In an emergency, that could be a disaster. There’s no restaurant, room service, or intercom. Even water has to be paid for, and they bring it from outside. Housekeeping was also a problem: the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the sheets and towels were changed only when I asked. The pillows were in poor shape and need replacing. For about the same ₹2000 per night, Euphoria Urban Sleep, Shamshabad offered well-kept, nicely decorated apartments with things like a fridge and microwave. Guests paying for comfort should be able to count on basic hygiene and upkeep. I hope management takes this seriously and improves housekeeping.

Total waste of a hotel. The listing showed car parking, but when I got there, there wasn’t even space to park a bike. The staff weren’t good either. Room 404 had no hot water, and the AC was so unclean that black carbon came out of it and into the room. I’ve never seen a worse hotel.

This was my worst experience so far with a MakeMyTrip booking. The photos on the platform should be genuine and match the property as it actually is. Please make sure customers aren’t misled by pictures that don’t show the real state of the rooms and facilities.

The rooms themselves were good, but the booking and payment were a mess. I booked five rooms in bulk. We had agreed on ₹1800 per room, or ₹2000 if an extra bed was added. Only one extra bed was arranged, yet they collected ₹12500 for the five rooms. The staff member asked me to send some money to another person’s PhonePe number and took ₹2500 extra. Now, when I ask for the balance, they’re making excuses. The receptionist’s name is rama krishna. I hope the owner changes the staff.

I had confirmed an advance booking, but when I arrived, the staff said the hostel was full and didn’t give me a room. Their manner was rude and they didn’t respond properly. I tried taking it up with customer care, but they weren’t helpful and didn’t resolve the issue. I’d rate this 0/5. Staff training, better customer care, and a booking process people can rely on are badly needed.
