7 Sea View Hotel

They were extremely rude, and I felt this place was unsafe for women. Don't book a room here. I think most of the positive reviews are paid. Their response about cheap prices is fake, and calling a customer cheap says a lot about the service. Even the pictures on their website show their cheapness. This is the most disgusting hotel ever. Their license should be revoked.

Being right beside the beach is the only good thing. The rooms were okay, but they don't provide drinking water or room service, and the kitchen is in a dark, damp place. Public parking costs rs 50 per entry. We paid for four rooms, but were first denied them, then offered only two; after speaking with the owner, we got all four. One room had someone else's luggage inside. They also tried to give a foreigner a room that was already booked and occupied while its guests were out for the day. They wouldn't give us a bill for our stay either. Avoid this place.

After we spent 3-4 hours sitting on the road with our luggage, GOIBIBO offered us another nearby hotel, "Hotel Arambol Arbour". That's how long we were left waiting after the hotel denied our booking at check-in. On the map it's called "7 Sea View Hotel", but when you arrive it's "Sandy's Beach Hotel". I booked through GOIBIBO, and the staff behaved disgustingly. We later found out they had sold our rooms to other tourists at higher rates, leaving us helpless. Strictly no for couples and families, it will ruin your experience.

The best thing is how close it is to the main Arambol beach, which we love, and everything is nearby: the main Arambol street market, shops to rent a car or bike, vine shops, and fruit shops. The view is scenic, and with mostly foreign guests, there was less nuisance. Everything around the beach is expensive, but we wanted to chill and relax, so we chose Arambol and this hotel. We stayed five days and had mixed feelings. The rooms were good for the very low nightly price, although the front of the hotel looks horrible. It doesn't provide water, soap, shampoo, or towels, but at that price we couldn't ask for more. Getting a room was difficult at the start. We arrived at 4.00 am and had to sit at Arambol beach for three hours because nobody at the hotel answered our questions. There was no watchman or receptionist. I called the woman I'd told about my arrival, but she ended the call and told me to call the owner, saying we could get the room at 10.00 am. Dr. Dhanajay answered my call at 7.00 am, woke his people sleeping on the second floor, and arranged a room for us until 10.00. We didn't actually get our room until 12.00 pm.
