The staff were extremely rude, and I felt helpless at the hotel. They show you Adidas and give you an Abibas room. There was no sanitization or cleanliness, and it didn’t seem suitable for people concerned about their health. The owner even forced me to give a 5-star rating in front of him, which really scared me. It was the worst hotel I’ve seen in my life. My whole experience felt like living in Pakistan and being helpless.

The photos seem to be from the opening, because the hotel is now in terrible condition. The rooms are very run down and unclean. Towels and soap weren’t provided, and the electrical appliances, bath nozzles, and toilet and bathroom fixtures weren’t working. I suffered through it, so you don’t have to.

They still charge 700-1000 for rooms this bad. Shame. The rooms were dirty and things were broken, and the bedsheet hadn’t been cleaned. There were no mats outside the bathroom, which was awful. Even government road washrooms are cleaner.

I had to book another hotel to get my family somewhere safe, and all the money I paid Hotel Shangrila for three rooms was wasted. We had no problem with the staff, but when you pay for rooms, they should be good and hygienic. The photos for Hotel Spot On 40292 Hotel Shangrila, Aurangabad seem old or from when it was new. Later the property became unhygienic and, as I understood it, available to local college couples by the hour. So that’s good news for couples and bad news for their parents. I recommend Hotel Ashoka Executive next door. They charge less than 1500 per room and offer quality service.
