We’d paid online, and the payment was non-refundable, but the hotel still refused to let us in when we arrived to check in the next day. OYO had clearly said couples were allowed. We got no entry and no refund. The staff were extremely rude and behaved badly. The listing gives false information and fools customers. Very poor service and unprofessional behavior. I strongly recommend not booking this hotel, online or offline.

For exam takers or people working in town for a day, this place works for a full day or hourly stay. The staff are polite and supportive. From Cidco bus stand, it’s about a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by auto. I’d suggest going directly instead of booking online.
I’ve travelled a lot, but I’ve never come across a hotel or manager as useless as the one I found in Sambhaji nagar. They charged me 350 extra even though MakeMyTrip said early check-in up to 2 hours was available. The hotel has luggage rooms, but the manager’s rules meant we couldn’t leave our luggage there. The rooms weren’t proper, the bedsheets were dirty, and the washrooms weren’t clean. Don’t book this place, you’ll waste your money. It doesn’t deserve even one star.
The rooms were clean, and the service was okay. There’s no hot water, so it might be fine in summer. The hotel is quite far from the main chowk, Cidco, and getting a rickshaw from there is hard. You have to walk some distance.
