Hello Mr.kapudasi Kranthidar, Your deposit would have been returned if you had given us the required notice. We did not receive notice, so we did not refund it. You also left without paying rent for six days and without telling us. Please remember this: before reviewing someone else's mistake, mention what you did wrong too. We told you the joining date and the one-month notice requirement. Give that notice and the deposit is returned. Why post a review like this?

The owner hasn't returned my advance and has threatened me instead. That's unacceptable and unprofessional.

The food is tasty and hygienic, and the PG is good. Maint6is is well managed and quick. It's a peaceful, pleasant place where I felt safe.

I liked it here. The rooms are comfortable, and you can find great food in prashant layout. A really good place.

They quoted 21k for rent and 15k as the advance. When I was leaving, they refused to return my advance and spoke rudely, demanding extra money. One of the worst PGs I've stayed in.
