Fortale Prime | Serviced Apartment

At Fortale Prime, the convenient, peaceful location made my good stay even better. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Staff were polite, responsive, and helpful whenever I needed anything. The receptionist deserves a special mention for being welcoming and professional, which made check-in smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

There was no intimacy at all. In the bathroom, I could feel men smoking and spitting just a few centimetres away. The neighbours were very loud, with people apparently moving things around all night and then breaking into song at about 6am. I didn’t sleep. I stayed because Vinayak was kind and said they’d clean the room the next day, even though Airbnb assistance had offered to let me cancel and find another place. It was already late, and I had to be at the office early. I rarely leave reviews, but I trusted the comments here, and this was by far my worst Airbnb experience. They insisted on communicating through WhatsApp instead of Airbnb. After many calls, I gave in and sent lots of details, including scans of my passport and visa, because I thought I was securing a great, safe accommodation. I arrived quite late. At check-in they insisted on taking lots of photos of my passport, even though I’d already sent the documents. The ground-floor room was extremely humid, smelled disgustingly of sweat and tobacco, and had stains, dust, hair, and cockroaches everywhere. During the day I told them they could use the master key to clean while I was out, because I trusted them. When I came back, only some parts of the room had been cleaned. They hadn’t even taken out the trash. All the photos I’m adding here, except the fan photo, were taken after the second cleaning. More troubling, my things had been moved. I looked everywhere, but one item of clothing had disappeared, the only male T-shirt I own, and it was very important to me. I sent photos of it and offered to pay them back, but they never found it. I told them I wasn’t happy with the cleaning. When I asked whether they’d changed the sheets, I got no answer. Cockroaches were climbing on the bed, and my shirt was gone. Sorry to the neighbours, I was the one making noise and crying my eyes out this time. Vinayak understood how upset I was and tried to reassure me by phone. Later, at 1am, they sent a man to knock on my door to “get rid of the cockroaches.” I was alone with no way out, so of course I wasn’t going to open the door to the “nice staff” who’d also stolen my shirt. I felt disrespected, betrayed, and like my privacy had been invaded. I’ve learned my lesson: I should never trust anyone and should leave as soon as I can. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.

The price was extremely reasonable, and the reception staff were courteous and helpful. The facilities were far better than what most hotels usually provide. It was a fantastic 5/5 stay, highly recommended!

The rooms at Fortale Service Apartment were tidy and roomy, but the stay became really upsetting. While we were away at an event, our things were taken out of the room and left at reception without anyone calling or messaging us first. Some belongings were missing too. The way it was dealt with felt very unprofessional and caused a lot of hassle for everyone. I was there on a work trip, and this was a very disappointing experience.
