I couldn't sleep because the noise was unbearable, and the room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. It didn't seem to have been properly cleaned before check-in. The heater wasn't working at all, and staff showed no urgency about fixing it. For the price, this was absolutely not worth it. One of the worst hotel stays I've had, and I can't recommend it.
The staff were very rude. The AC and TV weren't working, and they charged me 400 rs for checking out 15 minutes late.
The room has had no TV connection for more than 10 days. They said today they'd provide a connection, but it still hasn't happened.
I stayed one day and was very disappointed. There was no power backup, the toilets weren't clean, and the car parking was very bad. A waste of money. Please don't go to this hotel.
The room was clean, but I didn’t feel the stay was worth ₹3,000 a night. There was only half a litre of water, no tea or coffee setup, and the room phone didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t included either. The receptionist was okay, though the service overall felt rather unenthusiastic. I’d give it 3 out of 5, since there seem to be better options at this price.
