Grand Residency By OYO Rooms

At Grand Residency, I could get food brought to my room with one phone call, and Murthi delivered it with a pleasant smile. The room was neat and well serviced, too. As someone who is semi-paralysed, I especially appreciated receptionist Moulik Manna’s professionalism and helpfulness in getting me to my room and arranging the things I needed. That hospitality made my day with my besties.

Ola and Uber were easy to find for getting around, and there’s a restaurant just opposite Grand Residency with good vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. My room was spacious and comfortable, with A/c, and the room service was good. A good stay overall.

The staff were friendly, the service courteous, and the food was great, which made the sanitation problems all the more disappointing. There were bloodstains on torn sheets, exposed wires hanging around the geyser, and the AC drain dripped on my head when I went to the loo. The bathroom window wasn’t fully covered, so mosquitoes could get in. The furnishing was poorly planned too: the side table drawer had no handle and stopped the cupboard from opening fully. Highly disappointing.

A lot of people visiting their children at the nearby colleges, hostels and PGs seem to choose this place. It’s on Kempapura main road. The food selection is broad, cleanliness is good, and the staff behave very well.
