I booked this room for a consultant, and his stay was a very bad experience. There was no hot water or towel, and when we contacted them, they said they couldn’t do anything. The OYO and hotel incharges both provided pathetic service. They said the ownership had recently changed and that this was why things were like this. If they can’t maintain basic service, why did OYO take them on as a client?

Even water wasn’t something you could count on, never mind warm water. There was no reception person and the bookings weren’t handled properly. The owner didn’t answer either, and customer service was helpless. Zero stars would be more fitting.

The property is near Manyata Tech Park, Bharatiya City, Christu Jayanti College, Karnataka College, and Reva College. It’s also close to marriage halls such as Nanda Gokula, Harshodaya, and ibisu, as well as Regal Hospital and Bengaluru International Airport. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with hot and cold water available 24 hours, a TV, and free WiFi.

I planned to stay one night at Urban Drift, but ended up there for almost a week because I liked the experience. It’s a recently established place near Manyata Tech Park and Bhartiya City, in a quiet, peaceful area. The budget rooms have AC and tidy, well-kept bathrooms, so it worked well for an affordable longer stay. I’ll come back soon.

People kept knocking on the doors in the middle of the night, and it felt really unsafe. This is an extremely bad, pathetic place. The owner doesn’t seem to care. Please don’t book here.
