The steam and sauna were relaxing and well maintained, and the spacious, clean room was in great shape too. The atmosphere at Hilton Bangalore felt calm and welcoming. Staff were accommodating and professional throughout, especially Simran, whose genuine smile and helpfulness made things nicer. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

This was our second visit, and we felt welcome throughout, from reception to check-out. Maanya and Anikita at the front desk were lovely, as were Shivam and Shruti. Suraj(OJT) helped us warmly, and Divya, Yashika and Ronandio looked after us in the garden inn lounge. We didn’t catch everyone’s name, but we’re grateful to the whole team. Subodh at breakfast deserves a special thank you. Each day he checked how we were doing and suggested delicious dishes to try. The room was beautiful and the restaurant breakfast was superb. I’ve stayed at Hilton Embassy Bangalore (Manyata IT Park) several times for extended visits, but this one was persistently disruptive. During the first ten days, no one raised an issue about the private pool area. Then, one evening, I was abruptly confronted there. There were no signs, ashtrays were everywhere, and the space had always seemed guest-friendly. My problem was the unpredictable enforcement and intrusive way it was handled, which spoiled the evening. The Duty Manager (Manan) didn’t meaningfully manage the escalation, and the interaction only made me more frustrated. Late night dining was another problem. The so-called 24-hour restaurant felt chaotic, more like a warehouse than somewhere to eat. Staff and trainees seemed confused, service was disorganized, and the whole experience felt careless. I sent senior management a detailed formal complaint, then heard nothing for months. When responses finally came, they were generic and repetitive, asking for details already in the same email thread. Even more concerning, local management contacted my wife and pressured her to remove a Google review I had written. An onsite manager promised to follow up, but nothing happened. We travel a lot and use several international hotel brands. Convenience had brought us back, but this stay left me feeling that poor handling, silence, and deflection are normal at this property. Read this and decide accordingly.

This was my first business trip of my career, which made the visit especially memorable. The place feels premium as soon as you walk in, with impressive infrastructure and a pleasant atmosphere. I attended a session that was well organized and thoughtfully run. The food was good, and I enjoyed the setting. It’s spacious and well maintained, and seems suited to business meetings, events, parties, or other functions. I’d recommend it.
