OYO 435 Hotel Amshi International

The room and bed covers were dirty, and the bathroom was horrible. Room service was awful too. I wasn’t given the AC remote at any point before I checked out, and when I asked at the start, they refused to give me plates or soap. They acted like I was there at their mercy. I don’t understand the positive reviews, maybe those people haven’t stayed somewhere decent. I learned to avoid oyo rooms next time, pay a little extra for a decent place, and not trust every Google review. Please stay away from here.

They questioned whether my husband and I were married, then checked both our ID addresses and still gave us twin beds. I’d never recommend this place. It’s barely suitable for sleeping, and the service is really sloppy. The breakfast “buffet” was rice, chutney, bread, and melted butter, all left scattered around in a dirty mess.

They only provide a room and bed, while basic needs and service are missing, despite the price being the same. Hot water is available only in the morning, and sometimes there’s no regular water either. Requests for towels or other basic hotel items go unanswered. This should be your last choice.

The staff were very good, and the renovated rooms were clean and neat. It’s close to both the railway station and bus stand. I had a pleasant stay in Bangalore.
