OYO Flagship 10332 Sai Orchid

The room was spacious and tidy, and the bathroom was clean. WiFi, a TV with almost every channel, AC, and a water heater were provided. My experience was nice overall, though the switches were far from both the door and the bed. Recommended.

We'd already paid online when booking, but the staff insisted I pay in cash instead. The service was poor, especially from a rude room-service worker. Our room was dirty, the bathroom stank, and the windows wouldn't close. The quilts were filthy and unhygienic, and they weren't changed even after we complained.

The owner was rude and showed us no respect. They charged 2000Rs for a filthy place and acted like they were there to take customers' money. The rooms were awful: the door locks didn't work well, the floor tiles seemed to move and make noise as you walked, and the walls had turned an ugly black. I felt terrible about the experience. I don't think anyone should book these Oyo rooms online. The hotel apparently gives auto drivers commission to bring in customers, and the driver himself claims the rooms are affordable, hygienic, and good for families.

I stayed here for 3 days, and it was a really bad experience. The room wasn't clean, there was no water or room service, and a cockroach was crawling around. The staff were very rude. To me, this wasn't a hotel or even a lodge. It was the worst decision I've made for a stay, and I've never experienced hospitality this bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
