Sai Kuteer By OYO Rooms

It was my first booking through the OYO hotel app, and a very bad experience. There was no water in the toilet and the AC wasn't working properly. The management charged whatever rent they wanted instead of the OYO rate. When I asked about it, they either confused me or didn't give a proper answer. Don't book this OYO room.

I checked in through OYO, saw the room, and immediately cancelled. The bathroom was so dirty, and when I asked them to clean it they refused. It was the worst room I've ever had through OYO. I'm disappointed with OYO too, since nobody seems to care. Avoid this place unless you want the worst hotel experience of your life.

We stayed for one day after booking six rooms for three days for a family function with kids. The hotel had no power for two full days. When we complained, nobody even checked or arranged an alternative for things like hot water. The rooms were untidy, and the staff were cheap and irresponsible. When we were billed, they said we could check out early and the charges would be adjusted. But after we decided to leave early because of the terrible hospitality, they charged us for all three days. One of the worst OYO hotels.

My family had a comfortable stay, and the residential neighborhood felt secure. The owner was hospitable, and the boys were available when needed. Just remember to order food online or bring some back before you return. Good job, guys. I'd stay here again.
