Ud Residency

I’m grateful to the staff for helping me recover valuable things I’d left behind absent-mindedly. Their hospitality, honesty, and humanity really showed. The food was delicious, the service was very good, and I felt safe there. If you’re new to the area, I’d recommend staying here without worry.

The mattress was awful for me. The springs were coming through, and I had a sleepless night. The bathroom is tiny, about 3x6, so bathing properly or sitting comfortably on the toilet was difficult. I attached a video and photo. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and laggy, hot water wasn’t proper, and the bathroom lock didn’t work at all. Staff behavior, cleaning, and location were good, and the food was good too because they have their own restaurant. Still, the price is too high compared with nearby hotels. If you like the interior and cleanliness and can put up with the mattress and bathroom, you might visit. I wouldn’t recommend staying, and I don’t know why the ratings are so good, maybe because of the restaurant.

Parking is a serious problem. It may be better to leave your vehicle on the main road and walk, since getting in and out of the small street is difficult. The place was clean and service was very good. I had North Indian lunch there, which was okay. The soup was cold, the baby corn Manchurian tasted good but was very spicy, and the veg fried rice was excellent.

Mr. Pradeep at reception was especially helpful, patient, and polite, and took good care of us throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming for families. I really appreciated the service and care, and would recommend it for a decent, comfortable stay.
