The door key wouldn't lock the room properly, which left me worried about security. When I brought that and the room's condition to the room attendants and manager, they were dismissive and unhelpful. At Rs. 5000 a day, the service and room were unacceptable. I stayed for two nights last month, and cleanliness and upkeep were badly lacking from the moment I walked in. The quilt looked used, with marks that suggested someone had already slept in the bed. The pillowcase was torn, plaster was missing from parts of the wall, and the coffee table was covered in dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. This place needs serious attention and renovation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, hospitable stay.

That cozy bed was the best part of my stay. It was so comfortable and made for really relaxing nights, almost like sleeping on a cloud. The bedroom decor showed attention to detail, and the bedding was good quality. I loved staying here and can't wait to come back for that bed.

After we'd driven overnight for six hours, we reached at 8:00 Am. We knew check-in wasn't until 12:00, and only asked to park the car, but were refused. First the person in charge said there was no parking; when he told us to check, we found the lot empty. He insisted the car could only be parked if we paid for early check-in, and demanded that fee. He also asked why we hadn't booked directly. I explained I couldn't find the phone number on Google, and he showed us how he searched for it, indirectly blaming us for not finding the number of such a big hotel. During our two-day stay, we got just one soap and one towel per room. We were told to buy water, or fill it ourselves if we had our own bottle. The hotel may be good, but the person in charge was extremely arrogant. The housekeeping staff, though, were polite and courteous.

I've attached the images. I didn't ask them to change the room because there was a bed to sleep in. I really appreciate the team giving me this room when so many others were empty.
