I wasted time and energy trying to get basic details. The customer service number wasn’t working, so I called the landline listed on the website. I spoke with two women and one man, and none of them spoke professionally or seemed to know the room details or tariffs. I was given incorrect information about a room. They shouldn’t have people answering calls if they can’t provide basic information. Very disappointing. Check the details twice before calling or making a trip based on what you’re told.

Food was the one letdown, especially if you’re after authentic options. Otherwise, this is a fun place near Bangalore for a day out with friends or family. There are lots of activities, including rope courses and a zipline, plus indoor TT, snooker, and carrom, and space outdoors to play cricket.

The rope climbing was great, though a few sections didn’t have safety guards or fences. There were lots of people, but the food was amazing, with both buffet and à la carte options. The resort has so much to do, from football, cricket, badminton, pool, and indoor games to rope climbing, private pool villas, and hotel rooms. I loved the place and would highly recommend it for groups of 2-6.

The food was okay, nothing special, and the stay felt average overall. The room and accommodation were decent, though I’m not sure they were worth the price. A resort should make for a more enjoyable experience. You can exchange money, but customer satisfaction has to be earned.
