The scenery at Ausnya Tirthan was lovely, but our group did not get the hospitality we expected. Food quality and hygiene were poor, service was slow, and even after we followed up several times, the staff didn’t address our concerns. They also failed to provide the basic group amenities and music arrangements they had promised. Hard to recommend unless management improves.

Ausnya Tirthan’s beautiful setting couldn’t make up for how poorly our group visit was managed. The food quality and hygiene were bad, service was slow, and staff didn’t respond to us. None of the group amenities we’d requested were arranged either. A real letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were warm and attentive, and the fresh food had lots of variety. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials. Ausnya Hotels & Resorts made for a comfortable and delightful stay. Highly recommend!♥️😊

The staff were kind and lovely to talk with, and they made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable. Ausnya is a beautiful, lavish property, with peaceful woods around it and the river nearby. The food was amazing and service was quick. I’d never been to Tirthan before, but everything in the valley was accessible, and we caught the snow in Shoja just in time. I had the time of my life there, and Ausnya made the moments special. My stay couldn’t have been better, 10/10, would recommend.
