Suyash Palace Hotel

The banquet hall is the standout feature at Hotel Suyash Palace & Tarana Bar. It’s spacious, well kept, and ideal for wedding functions. For an event, I’d give it 5/5 and say it’s good value for money. The rooms were decent enough for a short stay. I attended two friends’ weddings here, and the service was disappointing. Staff came across as unprofessional and didn’t take ownership when my expensive suit was burnt during what they called “laundry”, though it was only meant to be ironed. They overcharged for the service and avoided responsibility. Good venue, but the service standards need serious improvement.

We were at a wedding, and the staff seemed hardly interested in keeping things clean or looking after guests. Maybe many of them were temporary, but that’s where an okay hotel falls short of an amazing one. To do justice to the property, they need trained, courteous staff throughout the year, especially during wedding season. The location is good, but the service was bad.

The fast food was yummy, and the other food was good too. We visited because our friend’s sister got married at the hotel. There was plenty of space and the facilities were good. We spent a day there, visited a few places in basti, then headed back to our hometown. All in all, a good experience.

I visited Hotel Suyash Palace for a ring ceremony party. The railway station is nearby, and the hotel really does feel like a palace. There are two very big, fancy halls and arrangements for all kinds of occasions, including parties, marriages, meetings, and birthday celebrations. A really good hotel.
