Saffron, the in-house multi-cuisine restaurant, gets praise for its breakfast spread and local Rajasthani flavors. The property has expansive lawns and a serene feel, which makes it popular for destination weddings and large family gatherings. It’s on Deeg-Kumher road, with easy access and about a 10-15 minute drive to Lohagarh Fort and the main Bird Sanctuary gate. Amar Vilas is a solid choice if you want a peaceful stay away from the city’s hustle while staying close to Keoladeo National Park. Most guests like the room sizes, especially the well-sized, modern Super Deluxe and Suite options.

Don’t book a basement room. There’s no mobile network coverage there, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. We had discussed the need for mattresses when booking, and even though the hotel had extra ones on hand, staff refused to provide them. Management was abysmal, with nobody available to deal with our grievances.

The property was beautiful and very economical, and the food tasted excellent. Hotel staff gave excellent service, especially Abhishek, and Manager Bhupendra went the extra mile to help us. Loved it.

Bharatpur was on the way to my hometown, so I found this hotel while travelling there. It’s conveniently located on mathura bypass road, with room options from budget rooms to suites. I had a super deluxe room with a king size bed, a spacious washroom, and hot water. The staff were very accommodating, especially mr Dheeraj Singh and Amit. Breakfast was nice, and the masala tea was especially good on a winter morning. I took photos at night and in the morning. Hope to visit again soon!
