The TV was there but didn't work, and the bathroom had no toilet paper or bath towels. We weren't given a toothbrush or toothpaste, there was no room freshener, and the foot mat wasn't clean. I hope the service can be improved to meet expected standards. All the best with fixing these points.

A good value stop for travelers between Mumbai and Gujarat. At Hotel Majestic, Virar Phata, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable, with polite staff and quick service. Parking felt safe, highway access was easy, and breakfast was tasty.

Housekeeping kept the clean, well-maintained room tidy every day, and it had the amenities I needed. Dining in-house was another plus, with good variety, tasty meals, and prompt service. Majestic Inn was a wonderful stay. The food was outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and well prepared, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive. It's on the outskirts of vasai, I guess near the highway. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
