There’s a restaurant and banquet space for small gatherings, and the hotel is reasonably close to Virar East Railway Station and local transport. Some guests praise the service, clean surroundings, and comfortable beds, while others mention uneven hospitality, food quality, and breakfast choices. A few say the area isn’t appealing at night and that tea or coffee sachets and prompt room service could be better. Le Vivanta in Virar East is often chosen for short stays, events, and business trips. Rooms are usually described as spacious, neat, and maintained, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and daily housekeeping. Many find the basic comforts and price suitable for families and solo travelers.

I booked a table for a special occasion, and they completely ruined my day. Their watchman spoke abusively to customers, acted like he was the manager, and disrespected people. The main thing is, they don’t care if a customer turns around and leaves at the gate. I wouldn’t recommend this third class place to anyone. The management doesn’t deserve to work here. Improve your service before inviting people to eat.

Wedding guests were staying there, so the corridor was constantly noisy. I’ve stayed at this property often, but this time was awful. I extended my stay and was an hour late, which I agree was my fault, but the receptionist could have spoken more politely. They said, “next time room rahega phir bhi nahi denge,” and didn’t apologize. The receptionist mocked and laughed at me with another receptionist, and I felt made fun of several times. The behavior was extremely rude, and I felt terrible. I used to love staying here, but I won’t recommend it now. Guests shouldn’t be treated this way.

The food doesn’t taste as good as it used to when the place was new, though the ambience was good. The team needs to improve the quality and make it tastier.
