We felt unsafe because the room boys were drunk. The rooms they gave us were filthy, despite our asking about them in advance and confirming that we’d arrive after midnight. The bed hadn’t been made, the bedspreads were dirty, and there was dust and cigarette butts all over the rooms. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the toilet seat and lid had come completely loose from the bowl. There was no hot water in the morning, even in winter. The bathroom exhaust didn’t work, and the windows wouldn’t shut either. A terrible experience with poor service. I can’t recommend it.

The restaurant downstairs was disappointing too: the food we were served was uncooked. Our rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and there was no hot water. They didn’t look like the pictures on the website. When we arrived, the rooms hadn’t been cleaned and the sheets had already been used. The staff were not cooperative.

The room and washroom were awful, and the management was just as bad. The bed smelled, the sheets were dirty and stained, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. I wouldn’t give this place any stars.

Good food and service, and the location worked well for me. The staff were friendly, so I had a very good stay.

The rooms looked nothing like the photos. The beds were poor, there was no hot water, and the commodes and bathroom locks were broken. The staff weren’t cooperative either. Worst hotel ever.
