I found the atmosphere uncomfortable, especially because several staff members were gathered at reception and staring at the woman with me. The staff also seemed very unprofessional. If you're planning to visit with a woman, I wouldn't recommend coming here. They first gave us the location, but when we arrived, they said the room cost more than the price we'd originally agreed on. I don't think this place is worth visiting.

The lift wasn't working, there was a dirty smell, and the toilet didn't even have handwash or Odonil. Staff were polite, but seemed to ignore what we told them and didn't understand our problems. In my opinion, the hospitality was the worst. Even after paying through OYO/AGODA, we had to pay another 1000 or more. The hotel didn't look worth even 400. Avoid it.

The rooms weren't hygienic, the staff were unprofessional, and I felt really uncomfortable. Even if you book in advance, they may refuse to give you a room and tell you to book again at a higher rate. I suggest not going here. I think it's the worst hotel in Bhopal.

I found the hotel really comfortable and liked it a lot. Don't let the reviews put you off, it's a very good hotel.
