The bedsheets were filthy and stained, and there were ants and bugs all over the floor. No mosquito machine, and the hotel staff were drunk. They even charged me extra for normal bottled water, saying it was hotel policy. The manager was awful, though one caretaker was an exception. The hotel and OYO don't seem coordinated, and they charged more than the amount shown on the website. Be careful.

I've never seen a dirtier hotel. The sheets smelled, there was dust everywhere and dirt on the walls, and the bathroom wasn't clean either. The manager was the worst part, he had no manners when talking to customers. The staff and manager were rude and seemed only interested in taking money. If you need a hotel near AIIMS, Vaishanvi hotel is right in front of the AIIMS back gate and is far better. This place gets zero from me.

The staff were drunk throughout my stay, and there were no facilities. The owner clearly said he wouldn't give me a room if I paid online. I booked an AC room through OYO, but got a non-AC one for the same price. OYO should remove this hotel from its list.
