We arrived with kids who had fevers and were feeling cold, after booking rooms online. Then the hotel told us the rooms were full and said they had a lot of families, so we felt let down. One of my worst experiences. I suggest you don't book here.
The manager at the restaurant, who was bald, was hostile. His manner really didn't seem suited to working in customer service.
