Mr. Meraz Khalid was the best part of staying here. From arrival until we left, he was always around to help or offer suggestions. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, with enough space for three people in the superior double rooms. Hot water and a flat-screen TV with almost all cable channels were available. The restaurant was under construction, but food we ordered came fresh and warm after a short wait. For this price, I’d choose this place again. Thank you.

The manager refused to give us the room because we had paid online through OYO, and OYO customer support didn’t help. We eventually cancelled and paid the hotel in cash. The room was an okay size, but the sheets and blankets were dirty and smelled bad. The AC didn’t work, there was no water, and there were lots of mosquitoes. The manager was no help at all. Avoid this property if you can.

Tea and water were offered free when we arrived, and the whole place had a home-like feel. Mr. MERAJ, the hotel manager, was especially helpful and ready to step in whenever an issue came up. I had a great stay. This is just my perspective as a traveller.

I booked more than 3 rooms for my guests, so this applies to all of them. There was no water in the toilets and no housekeeping. The rooms and sheets smelled like someone had thrown up on them. The staff were awful, and when we complained, they said, “you would have checked before booking.” The whole place was the worst.

My confirmed booking turned into an hour at reception while I tried to sort out why the hotel wouldn’t check me in. The manager was rude and said there was a problem with the OYO tariff, even though they could see my reservation. It felt like they wanted more cash from me. A pricing mistake, or disliking the deal OYO offered in its app, is the hotel’s issue, not mine. If they work with OYO, they should follow its rules instead of trying to cheat customers. Total waste of time. I hope the owner or OYO management looks into this, because this is damaging their reputation. I’ll tell people to stay away.
