The rooms, cleanliness, and arrangements were all pathetic, nothing like the pictures. I don’t understand where these positive reviews came from. Maybe staff or their friends posted them. The staff felt negative, and the place had a bad atmosphere. The manager was especially greedy and didn’t care about the discomfort of people coming from other towns. Many bookings were cancelled because she could charge more for regular bookings. That caused real trouble for students who had planned around their exams. If you’re staying for an exam, please don’t go here. You’ll regret it. Better to pay 100 more at another hotel.

I found this place on Oyo at 349, but when I arrived they charged me 1350. Even if the price didn’t matter, the room wouldn’t be worth it. It was so dirty and smelly, and in such poor condition, you could hardly stand to be in it. I regret coming here. The staff didn’t know how to speak to us when we raised the same issues. The rooms were extremely unhygienic. Please don’t make the mistake I did. The people writing good reviews are obviously friends or staff members.

We took the room to relax, but they were repairing the electricity in the room we’d booked. When I objected and asked them not to do it then, they shouted back, asking when they were supposed to do the work. I asked what would happen if I went out, and they said they had another key to open the room. That shocked me. It means they might enter while we’re away without our permission. Worst staff experience I’ve had in Jharkhand. I’ve travelled through Bihar, UP, and Maharashtra, and never seen staff like this.

It was all negative for me, and I didn’t like the stay. I booked through Oyo, but the room wasn’t the one shown there, and the receptionist said I’d need to pay a little extra for it. It wasn’t very good, though it was okay.

The rooms were very dirty, and the staff behaved terribly. The room was already booked, but when I went to check in they asked for more money. Worst experience. Don’t visit.
