For 1600/- we had the room for 12hrs, and the king size bed was great. The rooms were splendid, with AC, TV, fan, wardrobe and a clean attached toilet. Hot water was available for a bath. The staff were the best in the city for behaviour, and the service was superb. I’d call it a 3* hotel, though the restaurant was still being worked on and wasn’t serving food.

They said they could arrange food when I booked, but later they didn’t. There’s no restaurant at the hotel either. On top of that, they charged double and wouldn’t provide a proper GST bill. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Avoid it.

There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the shower knob was broken. The geyser and kettle didn’t work either. Very disappointed with the facilities, there’s plenty of room for improvement. 🫥

I couldn’t sleep comfortably because there were bugs in the bed and mosquitoes in the room. The room and washroom at hotel nirmalaya grand weren’t clean, and hygiene needs proper attention. I wouldn’t recommend coming back.
