Candolim Song

The staff were so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the villa, the view was perfect, and the service was great. It’s in central Candolim, close to the beach and lots of restaurants and pubs, so the location worked really well.

Renuka didi made a delicious variety of food, including Goan sweets, Goan Bhaji and puee, fruit salads, and Goan Fish Curry. Our group of 15, with senior citizens and kids, stayed for seven days, and it was a refreshing holiday. The villa was neat and clean, and the friendly, cooperative staff were always available. Candolim beach is only a two-minute walk away. I highly recommend it for bigger groups.

We could settle in and enjoy the susegad here, with help from Nagesh and Renuka, who are real assets to this fully serviced villa. Arjun also handled our booking like a pro. It has an old-world feel along with modern amenities, six rooms, and three especially huge rooms with bathrooms almost as large as the rooms themselves. The location is hard to beat: Candolim beach is within walking distance, with Newtons, Delfinos, and Candolim road restaurants including Fisherman's cove, Uptown, and Le Portuguesa nearby. A great place for a relaxing holiday.

One thing to know: some rooms don’t have bathroom doors, there are mosquitoes in the evenings, and birds start chirping early in the morning. Apart from that, the resort is hard to beat. There are six bedrooms with attached baths, including three huge rooms, one medium-sized room, and two garden-side rooms big enough to outdo a hotel room. The living room, kitchen with island bar, and indoor dining space are excellent. Outside, there’s a lovely dining area and another sitting spot, great for breakfast, late-night parties, or just hanging out. The pool is huge and well maintained, with lounge chairs. The staff are amazing and always on hand, with security around the clock, a cook, and a helper. What more do you need?
