The rooms are clean and comfortable for a fantastic price, and the staff are friendly and supportive. Food is tasty and comes in good portions. The rooms are a bit cramped to move around in, and you'll need to negotiate with reception for a lower rate. Also, if you leave something behind after checking out, don't expect to get it back when you return to ask.
The restaurant is a nice facility, but the food was only average. The hotel is near Manik. Chowk and seems suited to business trips and couples, though the reality is quite different. Service was poor, and although Oyo showed breakfast as included per day, they served it only at their own discretion and depending on availability. Oyo should do something about the hotel because it isn't delivering what was promised. I'd give it just 2 stars. The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff were pleasant. The rooms were available as shown in the photos. If you're coming to Chakan for business, I strongly recommend staying here.
Getting there isn't easy, and the rooms are quite small. Breakfast choices are limited, too. On the plus side, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and there's a good supply of hot and regular water. Decent hotel, I'd say 2 stars.
The room was dusty and not clean. Breakfast wasn't worth the ₹50 I paid: they gave me tea, one bun, and one other thing whose name I don't know.
